    Verified Stay

    This Is An Amazing Place!

    Stayed here for 3 nights after a safari and hiking Mt. Meru. It was much needed relaxation and paradise after our long journey. Our bungalow was spacious, had plentiful hot water, and air conditioning. We were greeted by two of the non-local hotel supervisors who gave us a tour and for the rest of our stay, we were in great hands with the local staff. Nivot, the restaurant manager, was extremely helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable and all of our needs were taken care of. He was such a delight to see every day at the restaurant, he is a hard worker and I could tell what a favorite he was for all the guests. He deserves a raise/promotion. Not only was the service great, but as semi-foodies, we thought the food was incredible as well. They must have an amazing cook. The beach and jetty were nice, the pool was clean, and the grounds were beautiful. We couldn't recommend this play any more highly.

    Beautiful Resort!!

    What really caught my attention about ZanziResort is the well-placed jetty that not only makes it perfect for photo-shoots but also sunset views. Aside from the coastal ambiance, the hotel is set on a beautiful jungle, more so the rooms, which deliver the needed tranquility. The food and service by the staff were exactly what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. The resort should offer 24hr front desk service, as it becomes hard to reach the person-in-charge when you have an issue that needs urgent solving.
