A superb hotel! To start with the stylistic layout and the rooms are delightful, charming, and wealthy in fashion and elegance. The people are indeed way better! Everybody, the front work area, the Concierge, the restaurant and bar personnel, the housekeeping staff, was client focused and so inviting. The benefit was faultless, counting room service and bar benefit. The room (in spite of the fact that little by US guidelines) was perfect. The bed was cozy and the walk-in shower was like having an in-room spa! There's a note of welcome from the Gen Mgr, alongside an extraordinary box of cookie treats, was a really pleasant touch, as was the day by day daily paper hung on the entryway. The treats and apples within the campaign were top notch and made a difference me keep up vitality during the day. I loved this hotel and its area following to the British Museum and the exceptionally exquisite Russell Square Park. The tube was nearby and strolling to the most region of Tottenham/Oxford St was simple. The area is super. It is truly wonderful to stay here. We will be back that's for sure!!

The hotel is darling! I loved the character of it. The service was impeccable and very friendly and the food was wonderful. It was not stuffy at all. I loved having my own tiers of food as I always feel uncomfortable sharing. The choice of teas was very nice also.We had visited The Ritz a month or so before and we preferred this place much more and told the staff so.The only thing I would have liked is for them to play some light music to add some atmosphere because it was really quiet and we felt like we had to whisper so as not to let the people nearby hear our conversations. The hotel and the staff were delightful. The rooms are immaculately kept. It is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are nicely decorated and very quiet. I highly recommend.

    Extremely Kind Staff

We absolutely loved our stay here. The decor is beautiful. Our room was spacious and pretty. The staff is extremely kind, professional and warm. Jane and Augustine, who served us afternoon tea were sweethearts. Danielle, who works at the front desk is a gem of a person. We arrived to the hotel around 9:30 am after a long overnight flight from Dallas, TX and we were able to check into our room early thanks to Danielle which was a big plus for us. The breakfast staff is so efficient and sweet. The food served at breakfast is fantastic- every pastry, bread, cereal possible along with an adorable smoothie of the day! The breakfast while pricey is worth the money- make sure you order tea, all of their tea is delicious. We had room service one morning (6 am) due to an early morning sightseeing tour and behold our decadent breakfast was served promptly which saved us so much time. Any request made to the reception desk was dealt with immediately. This hotel is situated in a perfect location- near King's Cross Station, many bus stops, restaurants, and most importantly it's in a safe area. As two women walking back alone to our hotel, my mom and I felt safe and comfortable.
