Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Hotel

We love staying at this Hotel. It is very close to the airport. Check in and out were very quick and with efficient staff. It is possible to schedule several tours with an employee at reception. With a very nice decoration and good space for guests in the common areas. Breakfast well served and with good variety of food. The rooms are comfortable, with a good bed, TV, air conditioning, minibar and a good bathroom. The room was very clean and tidied up every day. The hotel surprised me a lot.The room is modern and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is very complete and Wi-Fi works very well. Good choice in Dubai.

This is an excellent hotel. The Deira location is convenient for the Mall to which it is linked, for the Metro, which is just the other side of the Mall, and for the airport, which can be reached via the Metro or by a short taxi trip. Yes, you're a fair distance from JBR, the Palm, and Business Bay, but you can get there smoothly by Metro or by taxi. The Pullman is extremely good value for money, especially on the executive floors, where you benefit from the friendly and helpful team in the lounge: Faith, Melissa and Ronald could not be more polite and helpful. The hotel facilities are good: a decent sports bar, a rooftop pool, a nice restaurant, an excellent gym (with a sauna and steam room). But what sets this place above other hotels is the quality of the staff. I explored the hotel fully, and everywhere I went (bar, restaurant, gym) the staff greeted me, introduced themselves and made a real effort to show me around their respective domains. A special thank you to Sajjad, who showed me around the adjoining, Pullman-branded, apartments.

The apartments are spacious with everything you require. They are clean and very well looked after. All staff are so friendly and helpful. In particular Anoop was fantastic and was so helpful, helping with bags from the car and assisting with getting my sons pram out of the boot. The valet men were also great and really helpful. We had breakfast included and although we had to walk across the underground car park to get to the restaurant in the hotel the staff and food was spectacular. Whether the hotel or residences I would highly recommend it was a fantastic place to stay and the staff made it a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back here!
