We had a 5-night stay at the Maxx Royal. The purpose was to play some of the very good golf courses around Belek and were not disappointed. The golf experiences were outstanding both on and off the courses, but what really surprised us was the quality, outstanding team and services of the Maxx Royal Resort. We were assigned to two amazing Maxx Assistants, kind of guest relations managers, Jana and Ayleen. The two could not have done more to make our visit more enjoyable. They booked all of our golf tee times, arranged our dinner reservations around the resort, coordinated our transfers and the list goes on. To have had this kind of personal and unobtrusive service and attention available in what is a very sizable large hotel is brilliant, but what made this so much more incredible was that both Jana and Ayleen assisted us with so much enthusiasm an kindness that was simply world class. I have been fortunate enough to have traveled extensively around the world, staying in some of the finest hotels across the globe and in my opinion the attention to detail of the Maxx Royal and the guest focused services of the two German Maxx Assistants, Jana and Ayleen, rate among the very best of them. They are exceptionally well trained and are clearly part of a very well managed property team. Jana and Ayleen usually assist German speaking guests, so if you are arriving from the UK, do ask for them when you make your reservation. Both speak fluent English, Turkish and of course German. Thank you Maxx Royal, Jana and Ayleen. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be back.
