my company booked me a room with a living room and I received a very small bad room no living room, I had to call and ask to clean my room since they only took the towels and didn’t came back. I called to ask if they have a charger / usb for my speaker (was Willing to pay for it) they asked me to come down to the reception and they’ll charged it. I came back 4 hours later and saw it wasn’t charged, had to go back to my room and come back later, when I came back later I’ve asked the lady to see if it’s charged and she was not willing to connect it for a second just to see if it’s charged saying “check with your charger” I’ve tried to explain her that if I had a charger I wouldn’t asked for their help... her response was “ we are doing you a favor we don’t have to help you, we are using the charger” I could’ve just went and buy a charger during this time they just hold my speaker for no reason. I’m a good tipper and being nice and polite to everyone I’m shocked from the way they’re treating me here . it’s not the first time that one of the employees here rude to me for no reasons. I will never go back to this hotel. after they cleaned my room I had to call for a towel because they forgot to put one and much more.
