Duty Manager was never at his desk. Room service food ordered was unnacceptable for my kid and had to call them to change. Even then it was not good and they refunded me the money but it was all about ensuring my daughter eats and not the money. However, Nabeel who is the housekeeping boy did a fantastic job and because of his service I didn’t change my stay to another hotel. They should promote him to be in charge of customer care as he gave us 200% satisfaction. He can do much better than their Duty Managers!!
